Return Policy

We believe that you are going to absolutely love everything you purchase from Grace & Co; however if there is something that is just not working for you whether it be the size, color, or style - we want you to be satisfied. Please contact us at grace.and.co8@gmail.com for return requests after you have reviewed the guidelines below. Please allow 3-5 business days for a reply. 

 

Online Return Policy:

Effective as of: November 28 2023

1. Returns. We allow returns for refund only. We do not allow exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at grace.and.co8@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.

2. Return Shipping Policy. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

3. Eligible Items. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

4. Condition of Items. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be "open box" but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging.

5. Form of Payment. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Additional Return Policy Guidelines:

1. Responsibility: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail.

2. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date received for online credit only - you will receive a notice via email informing you of your credit. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return. If your item is received later than 14 days your item will not be accepted and a credit will NOT be issued. In this case, the item can be returned to you at the your expense. You will not be notified by us. Items that are sent back that are ineligible for return will only be held for 60 days, and then donated.

3. Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.

4. Damaged Items: For defective/damaged item claims: contact us via email within 3 days of delivery date with your name, order number, and photos of the damages.

5. Discounts: ALL sale items, deal of the day items, markdowns, bralettes, jewelry, purses, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, gifts, gift cards, and items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE.

6. Condition: Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached.


RETURN PROCESS:

1. Please make sure that your return meets the guidelines above before proceeding with these steps.

2. Include the invoice that arrived with your package in your return. If you no longer have the original invoice, you can include a note with your full name, return address, and order number.
